These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the qe999 platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager. By accessing or using qe999 you agree to be bound by these terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum required by the operator or licence jurisdiction, to register and use qe999. Age verification is mandatory before withdrawal.
Each individual is permitted one active account only. Duplicate accounts may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances pending review.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be turned over the specified number of times before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
Players must not participate if gambling is unlawful in their jurisdiction. Self-exclusion, deposit limits and loss limits are available and must be requested through the account settings or support team.
qe999 may request identity documents — including CNIC or passport — at any time for KYC and AML compliance. Failure to provide valid documentation may result in account suspension.
qe999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account found to be in breach of these Terms, or where activity raises fraud or AML concerns, pending investigation.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and qe999 ("qe999", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the qe999 website located at qe999.cam and all associated services, products and features offered therein.
By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy and any other supplemental policies published on the Platform. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using qe999.
qe999 provides online sports betting, live casino, slot games and related services. The Platform operates under an international operator framework. qe999 does not hold a gambling licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, PTA or State Bank of Pakistan and makes no claim of approval or endorsement by any Pakistani governmental authority. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether participation in online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before using this Platform.

The following defined terms apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:

| "Real Money" | Actual cash funds deposited into an Account by a Player, distinct from promotional or bonus credits. |
| "Self-Exclusion" | A voluntary mechanism by which a Player suspends their own Account access for a defined or indefinite period. |
To register and maintain an active Account on qe999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
You must be a minimum of 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the operator's licence jurisdiction or applicable law in your country or region. qe999 strictly prohibits access by minors. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under the required minimum age, the Account will be suspended immediately pending age verification, and any deposits and winnings generated during any period of suspected underage play may be withheld pending investigation.
It is your responsibility to verify that using qe999 is lawful in your jurisdiction. qe999 does not represent that its services are legal, available or appropriate for use in Pakistan or any other specific territory. Players who access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited do so at their own risk and sole legal responsibility.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. You must not be under a self-exclusion order from this or any other gambling platform.
Each individual person is permitted to hold only one active Account at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed with forfeiture of any balances pending compliance review.
qe999 uses automated and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. Players found to be operating multiple accounts will have all accounts suspended and may be reported to relevant authorities in line with AML obligations.
When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence and a valid email address. You must keep this information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. qe999 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact support immediately at [email protected].
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. qe999 strongly recommends enabling any available two-factor authentication mechanisms. Do not access your Account on shared or public devices without logging out fully upon completion of each session.
qe999 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where:
qe999 may require identity verification at any stage of your relationship with the Platform, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal or as part of an ongoing AML review.

All documents submitted must be genuine, unaltered and clearly legible. Submitting falsified, edited or doctored documents is a serious offence and will result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of all balances and may be reported to relevant law-enforcement authorities. Never send documents through unsecured chat channels or third-party services — always use the Platform's official HTTPS-secured verification portal.
qe999 endeavours to process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 72 hours of receipt of a complete document set. Withdrawals may be held pending KYC completion. qe999 is not liable for processing delays caused by incomplete, unclear or unacceptable documents.
Players may fund their Accounts using payment methods made available on the Platform at any given time. Payment provider names referenced in Platform content — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited for familiarity context only and do not constitute endorsement by or affiliation with those providers. Available deposit methods are displayed in the account cashier section and may change without notice.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per period as displayed in the cashier. Currency is displayed in PKR where applicable; exchange rates for other currencies are applied at the time of transaction.
Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements and confirmation that the withdrawal method matches a verified payment method associated with your Account. qe999 reserves the right to apply additional AML checks before releasing withdrawal funds. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are not guaranteed — indicative timeframes are provided in the cashier section.
qe999 does not typically charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges. Players are responsible for any fees levied by their own bank or payment service provider. qe999 will clearly communicate any Platform-side fees prior to transaction confirmation.
Bonus funds are tracked separately from real-money balances. Wagering requirements must be met in full before winnings derived from bonus play can be transferred to the withdrawable real-money balance.
All promotions, bonuses and special offers made available by qe999 are subject to individual offer terms in addition to these general Terms. Where there is a conflict between specific offer terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail in respect of that offer only.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific offer, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play are subject to a wagering requirement before becoming withdrawable. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount must be bet in eligible games within the validity period. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.
All bonuses have an expiry period during which the wagering requirement must be completed. Bonuses not utilised or wagering requirements not met within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the Account without compensation.
qe999 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it determines — at its sole discretion — that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting loopholes in bonus mechanics, placing opposing bets to hedge bonus wagering, using automated play or software tools to complete wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes.
qe999 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already opted into an active promotion will be given reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.
All bets are accepted subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game as published on the Platform. qe999 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where system errors, manifest pricing errors, or suspicious betting patterns are identified.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and may vary by market, event and Player account status. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be adjusted by qe999 at any time, including in response to identified risk patterns.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in circumstances including: event cancellation, postponement beyond defined thresholds, manifest pricing errors, data-feed failures, or circumstances beyond qe999's reasonable control. Void bet stakes are returned to the Player's real-money balance without adjustment for winnings.
In-play and live betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. Bets placed are confirmed at the odds accepted at the time of placement; subsequent odds movements do not alter accepted bets. Connection delays during live betting are the responsibility of the Player — qe999 does not guarantee uninterrupted live data feeds.
Specific settlement rules apply to cricket markets, including PSL, T20 international and ICC tournament fixtures. Match Winner markets are settled on the official result at the conclusion of the match, including any super-over or Duckworth-Lewis outcome where applicable. qe999 uses official data sources for settlement purposes but accepts no liability for errors originating from upstream data providers.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on qe999 and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
Detection of any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any balances pending investigation, and may result in legal action and reporting to relevant authorities.
All content on the qe999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, game content, software and source code — is the property of qe999 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, scrape, frame or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of qe999.
The qe999 name, domain and brand identity are the exclusive property of the Platform operator. Any unauthorised use of the qe999 name or branding is strictly prohibited.
qe999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that gambling carries a risk of financial loss and must be approached as entertainment rather than as a source of income.

qe999 takes all reasonable steps to prevent access by minors. Players must not allow minors to access or use their Account. If you share a device with minors, enable device-level parental-control software and ensure your Account is logged out after each session.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qe999 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage of any nature, including but not limited to:
qe999's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms and the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for: death or personal injury caused by negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Players acknowledge that this may differ from the laws of Pakistan or the Player's country of residence.
In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or the use of qe999, the parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication with qe999 support in the first instance. Disputes must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. qe999 will endeavour to respond within 10 business days.
Where disputes cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, they may be referred to binding arbitration or the courts of the governing jurisdiction, as applicable under the operator's licence framework.
qe999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email and/or an in-platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, updated contact details or clarifications that do not change rights or obligations) may be made without prior notice.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw any available balance prior to the effective date.
